While you and your guests enjoy watching this beautiful painting come to life through the evening, you will be able to cherish the finished piece for years to come. My hope for your painting is that, like your love for one another, it will last more than a lifetime.

FAQ
What moment should I have captured?
Some of the most common moments to have painted are ceremony, first kiss, just announced Mr & Mrs, first dance, candid moment, or artist choice.
What canvas sizes do you offer?
18x24” and 24x30” are the most popular, but other options are available!
Will you travel?
I will travel for your big day. Pricing is customized based on location. Time and distance traveled for the wedding may incur a fee for travel and stay.
For destination weddings that require special travel plans, please contact me with more information. My availability for these weddings is very limited.
When will my painting be ready?
By the end of your event, your painting will not be ready to take home. I will take the painting back to my studio to perfect your lovely work of art! Please allow 1-4 months for delivery of the finished piece.
Are there additional costs?
The Signature and The Grand offer complimentary shipping. Travel fees are tailored to the client. Kentucky Sales Tax is applied to the total cost of the painting and services.
Plan your Painting
BOOKING
To book your live painting (1) check availability by filing out corresponding form found under the availability tab, (2) download, complete, and return the questionnaire form below via email to: emmyhunter16@gmail.com. (3) Once the form is received, you will receive an email to schedule a consultation. After the consultation, an invoice for a 25% deposit will be sent. This is required to reserve your date and book the requested services.
DEPOSIT
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date and time. This amount is applied to your total.
CONTRACT
Below is a blank copy of the wedding painting contract. Please take a moment to look over the contract prior to a consultation. This outlines all details and services that will take place to create your painting.
PAYMENT PLAN
If you would like to make monthly payments, arrangements can be made. Scheduled payments must be paid in full 7 days before event.
