All sales are final. If a mistake has been made in your order, please contact me to correct the issue within 24 hours of your purchase.

Damaged Print: I package all work with the utmost care. I am not liable for any damages caused while in the care of the mail carriers. I can not be held responsible for the handling of the mail domestically or internationally once it leaves my studio. Depending on the damaged incurred, you may need to file a claim with the shipping service. However, I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individuals who provide documentation and details of the damage. If the print is damaged beyond repair and I offer a reprint, the original damaged print must be returned in its original packaging to the studio. Customer will be responsible for shipping the damaged print back.

If your print is damaged after delivery I am unable to replace the print for free. Please take care of your print and place your art away from possible heat or water damage. Please keep it in a safe space until it is properly secured and framed.

Not Delivered/Lost/Stolen: I am not liable for undelivered packages. If your package is marked “delivered” and is nowhere to be found on your premises, please first ensure that you input the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address was in fact entered at check out and is delivered back to my studio, then I am happy to forward this to the correct address, but additional postage will be required from the customer (this will be a separate invoice).

If the shipping address is correct and you never received your item you will need to personally contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. I am unable to reprint an order for free due to failed delivery.

International buyers: please be aware that you are responsible for any added customs, duties, import taxes, and bordering and handling fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Unsatisfied with the print: I strive to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the paintings and prints I sell so l encourage you to review the item descriptions carefully. I also try to represent the accuracy of colors to the best of my ability. Colors may appear differently on different screens. If color accuracy is a concern of yours try viewing on multiple devices. If you have any further questions at all please contact me before you make your final purchase. With that said, you may exchange your print for another if exchanged within the 7 day time frame upon arrival.

All prints are made to order! I do not keep a large inventory of prints, as I operate out of my home. I outsource my printing, so it can take anywhere between 1-2 weeks to receive the prints, then another week for me to package it up and send it to you! You should receive your print 3-4 weeks after placing your order. Thank you for your patience in receiving your beautiful artwork!

As the artist, I retain the rights to the images of all original work. This means I can use images of a purchased piece of artwork to create prints and products. My work may not be reproduced in any form without my consent.
